Synapse Z

By using Synapse Z ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Software.

1. License:Synapse Z is licensed to you strictly for personal, non-commercial use. To enforce this restriction, the Software may collect and store hardware identifiers (e.g., device fingerprints) solely for license validation. These identifiers are used exclusively to prevent abuse (e.g., multi-device sharing or commercial use).
2. Restrictions:You may not distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Software.
3. Usage:The Software is intended for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Software for any activity that violates the terms of service of other platforms.
4. Warranty Disclaimer:The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The developers are not responsible for any damages caused by the use or misuse of the Software.
5. Termination:We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Software at any time for any reason.
6. Changes:We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of any changes.
7. Refunds:All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for digital purchases.
8. No Guarantee of Functionality:The developers do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of Synapse Z, nor compatibility with any specific third-party software.
9. User Responsibility:You alone assume all risks associated with script execution, including but not limited to:
   • Violations of Roblox's Terms of Service or Community Standards.
   • Account suspensions, bans, or other penalties imposed by Roblox Corporation.
   • Damage to hardware, software, or data resulting from misuse or malicious scripts.
10. Exclusion of Damages:Under no circumstances shall the developers of Synapse Z be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages (including lost profits, data breaches, or Roblox account termination) arising from your use or inability to use the Software.
11. Indemnification:You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developers from any claims, lawsuits, or liabilities related to your use of Synapse Z, including violations of Roblox's policies or applicable laws.
